Clean hotel with spacious rooms. Good value for Switzerland prices. Convenient location with a supermarket nearby. Interesting historical building with a hostel.

Nothing, everything was great.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect for me, close to the lake and the main shopping street. The staff was very kind and supportive, and the hotel was clean and well-maintained. Additionally, I enjoyed being able to rent an e-bike directly from the hotel, which made it easy to explore the area.

Located near the lake; there are E-bike rentals available onsite, which was a lot of fun. Also, the hotel staff was friendly and welcoming.

Parking in the area is quite difficult and pricey. Additionally, the hotel was located in a building that also contained a hostel, which made the atmosphere feel a bit basic and not quite what we were expecting based on the online photos.

Spent xmas at this hotel and had a great time! the rooms were clean and spacious, with everything we needed. Loved the e-bike rentals on-site, which made exploring the city super easy and fun. the location was also fantastic, just a short walk from the lake and surrounded by great restaurants and shops. All in all, a wonderful stay!

The lack of nearby parking, which meant we had to walk a bit with our luggage. it was a small price to pay for such a great location and amenities.
